These terms govern your use of the Billionaires Ride website and your engagement with our vehicle acquisition and consignment services. By contacting us or submitting an enquiry, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of Service

Billionaires Ride acts as a private acquisition facilitator and broker for luxury and exotic vehicles. We are not the manufacturer of any vehicle presented, and our role is to source, verify, and facilitate the transfer of vehicles on behalf of our clients, by private appointment.

Pricing & Availability

Vehicle pricing is generally provided on application (P.O.A.) and confirmed directly with your advisor. All vehicles are subject to prior sale and availability may change without notice. Details shared during a consultation are indicative until confirmed in a definitive agreement.

Enquiries & Consultations

Submitting an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, or phone does not constitute a binding commitment on the part of either party. A private consultation is offered to understand your requirements before any vehicle is presented.

Authentication & Inspections

Every vehicle we present undergoes authentication, including service history and independent mechanical inspection, prior to introduction. We nonetheless encourage clients to conduct their own due diligence before completing any acquisition.

Consignment & Selling a Vehicle

Vehicles submitted for consignment or direct acquisition are subject to our inspection and acceptance criteria. Acceptance of a vehicle for listing does not guarantee a sale within any specific timeframe.

Financing

Where requested, we may introduce clients to third-party financing partners. Billionaires Ride is not a lender and is not responsible for the terms, approval, or conduct of any third-party financing arrangement.

Confidentiality

Client information and transaction details are handled with discretion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not disclosed beyond what is necessary to complete a service you have requested.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Billionaires Ride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or engagement of our services, beyond the value of the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
